"I have been doing Crossfit for about 8 years now. I have a love/hate relationship with thrusters. In my opinion, it is by far the most complete functional movement in the Crossfit repertoire. However, I hate the fact that if you do it right, it is down right brutal!"

"I have been a doing Crossfit for 8 years. My favorite Crossfit movement would have to be burpees. I am a retired FF/Paramedic by trade and I would have to say that Crossfit helped to get me through my physically demanding career."

"I’ve been doing Crossfit on and off for about 5 years and I found Crossfit to be beneficial to my career as a Firefighter/Paramedic. The constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements really applied to the organized chaos of a fire scene, as combining good physical conditioning with powerful strength goes a long way on a structure fire. My favorite movement is the deadlift, because you can really put on the weight and I feel like a monster afterwards."

"My name is Linzie Dente and I have been enjoying Crossfit for over 5 years. I spent many years playing soccer competitively. Growing up I had a strong passion for playing any sport and wanted to be the best I could be at everything, and I think this is why I fell in love with Crossfit. I learned that failure was only building my weaknesses. I love being at the gym and helping others achieve their goals, because I know it is possible when they think it’s not. I think the most rewarding part of coaching is seeing an athletes body and mind transform. You walk jn and feel very nervous, which is why I make it my mission to welcome you with open arms and show you why I, and everyone else at the gym loves Crossfit."

"My name is Kyle Meier and I have been doing Crossfit for a little over 2 years, and I originally picked up Crossfit when I was deployed. My favorite Crossfit movement would have to be a good old fashioned burpee. Crossfit is a way to have fun while being healthy, because the workouts are forever changing and there are so many variations. Not to mention, it brings people together and has a good sense of community. I am constantly learning, improving, and giving back because of Crossfit."
